Xining
Today you will arrange your own flight to Xining. Upon arrival, be met and transferred to the hotel, check you in. Tomorrow you will start your tour in Xining.

Day 2
XiningQinghai Lake (149kms, 2-3hrs driving)- Ta'er Monastary
After breakfast, we will head to visit Ta'er monastary, which is the center of Tibetan Buddhism in Northwest China, and enjoys a high reputation in China and Southeast Asia. Later on, we will head to our next stop The Tibet Medicine Culture Museum, As the world's only Tibetan medicine professional museum, China Tibetan Medicine Culture Museum aims at displaying and preserving the cultural heritage of Tibetan medicine, processing material evidence and rare cultural relics. The public can view the perspective of civilization light of the remote Tibet Plateau through the historical debris in the exhibiting hall of museum. Tibet Medicine Culture Museum is not only the window for opening up and national unity and progress, but also the high-quality grand cultural banquet for the whole body of mankind. Thereafter, bus transfer to Qinghai Lake, have a good rest upon arrival.

Day 3
Qinghai LakeXiningZhangye- UK Group in Qinghai Lake
Morning breakfast at the hotel, then walk around the Qinghai Lake, enjoy the beautiful view of Qinghai Lake. As the largest inland saltwater lake in China, the oval-shaped lake covers an area of 4,635 square kilometers and is 3,196 meters above sea level. In ancient times, it was called “Xihai”, “Xianshui” and “Xianhai”. In Tibetan, it is called “Cuowenbo”, meaning “a blue sea”, and it is called “Kukunuoer” in Mongolian also meaning “a blue sea”, so it has its present name, after which Qinghai Province was named. After that, we will drive back to Xining and transfer to the train station, take the express train to Zhangye.

Day 4
Zhangye- Pingshan Lake Grand Canyon
Today we will start our tour at Zhangye Danxia National Geological Park, Danxia National Geological Park,which is 510 square kilometres in total, it located in the north of Qilian mountains, SuNa County territory. The scenic Danxia, is a distance of 40 km from east Zhang Ye city, north from Linze county town by 20 kilometers, this is the most typical arid area of northern China. Then we will head to our next stop Pingshan Lake Grand Canyon, Pingshan Lake Mongolian township is an important gateway of trade between Zhangye and Inner Mongolia. It located at the mountain area of Heli and Longshou, is a transitional zone from Hexi corridor Plain to Mongolia plateau. it created by magic power of nature over hundred millions of years, through wind and rain erosion.the colorful mountain engraved into an unparalleled, breathtaking landscape.

Day 5
Zhangye- Mati Temple
After breakfast, we will be visiting the Mati temple, The temple is located at the foot of Linsong Mountain with charming landscape and cut between the cliffs, including seven sites, namely, South Branch and North Branch, Upper, Middle and Lower Guanyin Caves and 7 Gold Tower Temples and Thousand-Buddha Cave. A series of horse shoe prints are visible in Grotto 9 , which are said to be left by a heaven horse. As a result, the temple was named for the horseshoe prints left by the legendary heaven horse, which become the treasure of the temple. after that, continue to visit the Giant Buddha Temple, which is the important place of the Silk Road. Midway in the Hexi Corridor along the Silk Road lies the historic city of Zhangye, the centerpiece of which is the mysterious Giant Buddha Temple. Located in the southwest corner of Zhangye in Gansu Province, the Giant Buddha Temple is the largest architectural relic in Gansu Province of the Western Xia (1038-1227) period. China's largest reclining Buddha is well preserved in this temple.

ZhangyeToday you will be transferred to the airport/train station to catch your flight/train to your next destination.
