Xining
You will arrange for you flight to Xining. we will meet you at the airport, transfer you to your hotel and check you in. You will have the rest of the day free to do a little exploration at your leisure.

Day 2
XiningKanbulaRepkong- Kanbula National Forest Park
Morning we will meet you at the hotel lobby, then drive to Kanbula national forest park, trekking 14km, visit Arqiong Nandzong nunnery, Tashinanjie Monastery on the treked way, after that, go along the yellow river to Repkong.
The Kanbula National Forest Park is located at the intersection of the Tibetan Plateau and the Loess Plateau in geological orientation. The park covers the "Danxia" peak forest landscape, the Cenozoic sedimentary environment and sedimentary structure types, and the 38 million-year-old geological and ecological environment evolution relics. The Cambrian Danxia landform is composed of red sandstone and the surface of the rock is red and red. Qifeng, Fangshan, caves and cliffs are the main geomorphological features. The mountains are like pillars, towers, walls like castles, and people like animals.

Day 3
RepkongNantuhu VillageXiahe- Longwu Monastery
After breakfast, we will be visiting Longwu Monastery next the town, enjoy the Wutu Dancing Festival from 10am to 4pm, thereafter bus transfer to Xiahe, which located south Gansu province, an amdo tibetan area, buildings are along sangcu river.
Longwu Monastery is located at the foot of Xishan Mountain, Longwu Town, which is the seat of Huangnan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Qinghai Province. It is located on the middle reaches of Longwu River and has a pleasant climate. It is a national key cultural relics protection unit. "Longwu" is Tibetan. In the Amdo region, its size, status, and influence are second only to Labrang Monastery in Gansu Province and Taer Monastery in Qinghai Province.

Day 4
XiaheYongjing- Italian Group in Labrang Monastery
After breakfast, walking along the golra of the Labrang monastery and visit temples, and go to Linxia muslim city for lunch, then go on to Lijiaxia water power station and visit Bingling Thousand Buddha Temple by speed boat, stay Yongjing city, which located along the Yellow River
Labrang Monastery: The Labrang Monastery is located at the foot of the Phoenix Mountain, northwest of Xiahe County in Gannan Tibetan Nationality Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province. As a propitious place in the hearts of the Tibetans, it stands by the Daxia River and faces the Dragon Mountain.
Bingling Thousand Buddha Caves: The Bingling Thousand Buddha Caves are on the cliff of Xiaojishi Hill. Located on a branch of Gansu part of the Silk Road, the Bingling Caves were started by Buddhist monks from as early as the West Jin Dynasty (265AD -316AD) although the official carving began in 420AD.

Day 5
YongjingLanzhou- Canada Group in Zhongshan Bridge
After breakfast, take the bus to Lanzhou, the capital city of Gansu province, upon arrival, you will visit Lanzhou city, Zhongshan Bridge, Water wheels park, and the White Pagoda park.
The Waterwheel Garden: The Waterwheel Garden was built in 1994, and is located on Binhe Middle Road in Lanzhou, Gansu Province. The garden covers an area of 1.45 hectares (3.58 acres) and is comprised of two waterwheels, a cofferdam, the recreation area and a water mill house.
White Pagoda Park: Located in the north part of Lanzhou City, the White Pagoda Park owes its name to the amazing White Pagoda within it. With images of Buddha on its eight sides, the seven-story pagoda with a height of 17 meters (about 55.8 feet), is pure white from top to bottom with the exception of the green top which greatly enhances the glamour of the whole building.

LanzhouToday you will be transferred to the airport based on your flight schedule and end up the journey.
