Day 1
Lanzhou- Waterwheel Park
Upon arrival at Lanzhou, meet our guide and driver, then be transferred to your hotel. You will take the city tour with Yellow River Mother Sculpture, which is located at the south bank of Yellow River in the city of Lanzhou. It is the regarded as best of its kind in China. Waterwheel Park, built in 1994, and is located on Binhe Middle Road in Lanzhou, Gansu Province. The park covers an area of 1.45 hectares (3.58 acres). The park is comprised of two waterwheels, a cofferdam, the recreation area and a house of water mill. if there are still some time after the airport transfer.

Day 2
LanzhouXiahe(240kms, 3-4hrs driving)- Songke Grasssland
After breakfast, Visit Cruise from Liujiaxia Gorge to Binglingsi( fast boat), Binglingsi Thousand Buddha Caves, These caves, which stretch for 200 meters, were built during the Western Qin, North Wei, Sui, Tang, and Song, Yuan, Ming, Qing dynasties (between the 3rd and 18th centuries). then we will head to Xiahe. Later, visit the Songke Grassland. This vast expanse of grassy plains, covering an area of around 70 square kilometers, is a lonely, beautiful place that presents a nice change for those coming from the bustling cities, such as Chengdu or Lanzhou.There are only 4,000 Tibetan nomads on the grasslands, who graze yak herds and offer tourists the chance of a ride upon their horses.

Day 3
Xiahe Lanzhou Zhangye D2753(18:27-21:58)- Labrang Monastery
In the morning visit the Labrang Monastery. The Labrang Monastery is located at the foot of the Phoenix Mountain, northwest of Xiahe County in Gannan Tibetan Nationality Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province. As a propitious place in the hearts of the Tibetans, it stands by the Daxia River and faces the Dragon Mountain.One of the major monasteries of the Gelugpa (Yellow Hat) sect. The architectural layout follows the Tibetan style, while the construction patterns are mostly Tibetan, Han, or a mixture of the two. Then drive back to Lanzhou and you will be transferred to the railway station to catch the train to Zhangye. And you will overnight in the hotel by the side of Danxia Park.

Day 4
ZhangyeJiayuguan- Zhangye Danxia National Geological Park
Breakfast at the hotel,we will head to enjoy the sunrise of the Zhangye Danxia National Geological Park,which is 510 square kilometers in total, it located in the north of Qilian mountains, SuNa County territory. It includes the colour hills in Linze country ,ice hills, Danxia and GanZhou District and PingShan lake. The scenic Danxia, is a distance of 40 km from east Zhang Ye city, north from Linze county town by 20 kilometers, this is the most typical arid area of northern China. take you to visit the Grand Buddha Temple, which is the important place of the Silk Road. Afternoon, take the express train to Jiayuguan and visit The Jiayuguan Pass, This Ming Dynasty fort guards the strategic Jiayuguan pass, at the western end of the Great Wall – this was the last section built by the Ming Dynasty. The Great Wall Museum opened to visitor in October 1989 and it is the first one to exhibit the Great Wall culture in a comprehensive and systematic way.

Day 5
JiayuguanDunhuang (350km,4.5hrs driving)- Yulin Grottoes
Morning we will visit the The Great Wall on the Cliff, The Suspended Wall is a part of the Great Wall of China. The wall here was built on the ridge with a gradient of 45 degrees. It is high in the air and it looks as if it fell down from the top of the hill. So people refer to this section of the Great Wall as the "Suspended Wall". Then drive to visit the Yulin Grottoes, The Yulin Grottoes lie 70 km to the south of Anxi County, Gansu Province. The Grottoes are chiseled into the cliffs on both the east and west sides of the Yulin River. The east cliff has 30 grottoes and the west has 11, with a distance of more than 100 meters between them. It used to be called Ten-Thousand Buddha Gorge. The name Yulin (elm forest) came from the elms in the valley, and as you travel along the valley road you can easily imagine how it must have been to be a poet or brave solder in the distant past. After that, we will drive to Dunhuang for rest.

Day 6
Dunhuang- The Echoing-Sand Mountain and Crescent Lake
In the morning, we head to visit the Echoing-Sand Mountain and Crescent Lake, which is one of the Four Great Singing Sands of China. Then we are going to Mogao Caves, which is famous for its exquisite murals and various sculptures inside the caves. you will visit the digital theater that help you have the clear mind of the Mogao in ancient times.
Then be transferred to the railway station to catch the train to Turpan.
