9 Days Chengdu Jiuzhaigou Tour

Day 1  Chengdu

Upon arrival at Chengdu, meet our nice guide and driver, then take you to downtown Chengdu to check in your hotel. Have a good rest.
 

Day 2  Chengdu 

Full day sightseeing in Chengdu. Morning tour at the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding (known as Chengdu Panda Base) which is the best possible environment for rearing and breeding. Here, you can explore the daily life of the cute pandas, and see them eating bamboo at their active time. After then, head to the Kuan&Zhai Alley, which is one of Chengdu has a long history of business cards, where you can touch history here left traces, into the alley, into the The most Chengdu, the world's oldest and most fashionable old Chengdu. Stroll around the Chengdu People’s Park, enjoy your free time and afternoon tea.

Day 3  ChengduLeshan Mount Emei        （171kms,2-3hrs driving）

Morning driving about 154km to visit the Leshan Giant Buddha(include cruise) with the height of 71 meter, sitting at the confluence of three rivers. It is the tallest stone Buddha statue in the world. It was carved on the cliff of Lingyun Mountain in order to suppress the flood. Enjoy spectacular view of the huge statue as you walking down through the narrow staircases to the foot of the Buddha. Then head to Mount Emei, enjoy the beautiful scenery and visit the Fuhu Temple, which is the largest temple in Mount Emei. it got the name because the mountain after the temple like a tiger.

Day 4  Mount Emei Dujiangyan      （244kms,3hrs driving）

Morning we will take the shuttle bus to visit the LeiDongping, walk to the Jieyin Temple, which is one of the main temple in Mount Emei. The architecture in the temple is a typical Qing Dynasty architecture. Then take the cable car to the Mount Emei Jinding, which is the most concentrated place of temples and scenic spots in Mount Emei. After walk to the LeidongPing, take the cable car to visit the Wannian Temple, then walk to visit the Tianyin Temple (Also called Niuxin Temple), Yixiantian, Mount Emei Natural Ecology Monkey Area. Afterwards, take the shuttle bus at the Wuxiangang scenic spot and head to Dujiangyan.

Day 5  Dujiangyan Hongyuan          (358kms,5hrs driving)

In the morning, we will driving to TaoPingQiangZhai, which is the most complete barbican in the world. Then we are going to the GanBaoZangZhai, It is a typical large stockaded village inhabited by Jiarong Tibetans. We can explore the ethnic culture. Later, driving to Hongyuan.

Day 6  Hongyuan Jiuzhaigou           (320kms,4.5hrs driving)

Morning tour at the Waqie Talin, here is the commemoration area for the tenth Panchan Lama. After then, visit the Huanglong Scenic and Historic Interest Area, It is the only well protected plateau wetland in China. With the change of the surrounding scenery changes and the angle of the sunlight brings out the colorful color.

Day 7  Jiuzhaigou 

Morning full day sightseeing in Jiuzhaigou,is a nature reserve in the north of Sichuan, a province in south western China. It is known for its many multi- level waterfalls and colorful lakes, and was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1992. It belongs to the category V (Protected Landscape) in the IUCN system of protected area categorization.

Day 8  Jiuzhaigou 

Today, we will still enjoy our time in Jiuzhaigou, The first nature reserve in China to protect natural scenery.

Day 9  Jiuzhaigou Chengdu

After breakfast, transfer to the airport to catch your flight.
