Generally speaking,the best time to Xinjiang is from May to Oct., while as the locals and experienced tour operator. We highly suggest you come to Xinjiang in June. We are used to be asked about the safety concerned about Xinjiang. It is true that there were some safety problems 10years ago, but everything is perfect now in our hometown. I promise you Xinjiang must be the most safe place in China. At the same time we do have causal security check.
Regarding on travel permit, if you go to Taxkorgan, we have to do paper work 2 days in prior. If you go to Bayinubluk, special travel permits have to be applied 3 months in prior. We must be you first choice if you come to Xinjiang for the excellent service and unbeatable price.
